7 small steps to improve your mood

In modern life people do many activities and dedicate a lot time at work so they forget the importance to have time for fun and to feel unstressed. Then people feel lonely and bored. They belive their lifes make no sense people can do many things to improve the mood.This leaflet talk about 7 small steps offer a major mood boost.

1. Hang out: you can hang out whit your friends or with your family. You can go to cinema or pub and dance.

2. Read: choose a book that you love so read it again and enjoy it.

3. Sex: when you have sex the bloodstream floods with dopamine which stimulates the same part of the brain as cocaine.

4. Do a good deed: Become an organ donor or sign up for a charity walk. You feel happy when you can help other people.

5. Track the good stuff: Every night, write down three things that went well for you that day, no matter how minor.

6. Exercise: Exercise sparks the release of feel-good endorphins and It’s good for your body.

7. Sing in the shower: Music therapists believe that singing boosts your mood. Sing in the shower all days and improve your mood.

To improve your mood depends on you. Choose the thing that you like the most and make them every time so all time you feel happy and your mood gets better.
