HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH?

“Take a breath, breathe, find a good place and take time for yourself…”

You feel completely healthy?

Every day is important that we evaluate our life and what are we doing for our health and improve bad habits. That's why I want to quote some recommendations for good physical and mental stability. The body is the mirror that reflects our welfare physical, but the way we behave shows our lifestyle.

1. Find a balance between what you think and want:

This is very important, your physical and mental balance is reflected in the way you act, social, family and relate emotionally. Improve your job performance and also make you feel much better about yourself.

2. Stimulates your emotions:

Enjoy and take with love what you do for yourself and your health.

3. Eat well:

Do not do extreme diets only regulate mealtimes, stop eating healthy does not mean being.

4. Walk every day:

Go to the gym, practice a sport, do yoga to improve your emotional body stability and at the same time, never stand still and if you're going to make it for fresh air, for the lack of activity is one of the main causes of weakness and inactivity.

5. Evaluates the damage to make you some things:

Do not smoke and if you do this is time to stop this bad habit. Do not drink because you can ruin many of your organs of your body and at the same time this can cause behaviors that affect your emotional and social life. Do not consume psychoactive drugs can destroy your life completely and of course sleep very well.

6. Feel motivated every day is a new beginning:

To lead a healthy life we must achieve internal development and a number of motivations that do not make our habits a routine, but a new beginning towards a better and healthier life.

7. Commit to your Wellness:

You should be aware that a healthy life depends on you and be committed to your own welfare, balance your thoughts, emotions and needs of your body so that you can find a wonderful harmony that makes you feel better.
