How to improve your health….
Some of you would like to have a healthy life, but might not know where to start. Getting healthy sounds simple enough, but there are so many ideas to focus on that it can become overwhelming. Here is a list of what I believe are some essentials for improving your health:

1.    Reduce stress. Take a break; take a breath for some seconds. Close your eyes and focus on something calm. Relax. Pamper yourself.

2.    Lose weight. Eat at least three portions of fruit and vegetables a day. Avoid fats and fast food. They can cause obesity. Obesity increases the risk of many diseases including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, stroke, heart disease, and certain types of cancer.  Losing just 10 percent of your body weight is beneficial for your health, according to studies.

3.    Exercise. Exercise has been shown to lower the risk of early death, heart disease, stroke, two types of diabetes, high blood pressure, colon and breast cancer, and more diseases. Exercise at least three times at week; go out, walk for fifteen minutes, go to swim, or do aerobics ...

4.    Drink at least a liter of water a day. Water help to eliminate toxins from your body, but don’t do it too often or fast it may get on weight. It is important to hydrate while exercising.

5.    Sleep more. Sleep at least 7 to 8 hours a night. This is comfortable for you dairy routine. Turning off all media a couple of hours before bed, like cell phones, laptops, tablets etc; will help as well. There are medical conditions that can interfere with sleep.

6.    Dance to feel good. Dancing will tone and strengthens your whole body, and can increase your flexibility and improve your coordination and rhythm. And most importantly, it’s more fun than going to the gym. No matter if you're wrong, do it your way!

7.    Do something do you enjoy. Call a friend, meet with him, and go out. Don’t stay at home all time. Can depress you.

8.    Stop smoking. Tobacco use is the single most preventable cause of disease, disability, and deaths around the word. Smoking causes more than just lung cancer.  Stroke, heart disease, and pulmonary disease are all associated with smoking. Get help. Make an appointment with your physician to discuss your options.
