When you improve your eating habits and lifestyle, you influence improve your health and that of the people whom you influence

1.       AVOID overeating.
Eat only when you are hungry. If you are eating out of habit and not hunger, you are feeding your habits instead of feeding your body.
Learn to pay attention to hunger signals and stop eating when you start to feel full.


2.       Consume five servings of fruit and vegetables.
Take advantage of lunch and dinner to eat vegetables, raw or cooked. You can eat a fruit for dessert at every meal
And finally, If you are hungry, other fruit is the best choice for a snack ...

   
3.       Reduce salt intake.
Prepare meals with half the recommended amount of salt. Many recipes more salt than necessary. Prepare recipes with salt and let each person add the amount you want. It is very likely to use only a fraction of the amount stated in the recipe.

4.       Controls on fats, fried foods and sausages.
Reduce or avoid solid fats like butter, margarine or cooking fat, replace them with spices or lemon juice, and select cuts of meat without skin and lean; eliminates fried diet and select methods cooking roasts, or grilled, they are much healthier.

5.       Sets Regular meal times.
Try breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same time every day. The first snack should be three hours after breakfast, and the second three hours after eating. So, your gastric juices remain healthy and stable. It is important not to have long intervals between meals, as this will make the hormones that favor fat deposition in the body are stimulated.
6.       Consume water daily.

Drink water when you get up in the morning, drink one or two glasses of water to 200 ml. Half an hour before lunch and dinner, a glass. Two hours after lunch and dinner, another 200 ml. Another three vessels throughout the day.
