How to improve your study habits.
Study habits are the best and the more powerful thing you can do to guarantee academic success. What determines a good academic performance is the time we dedicated on our study. That’s why, we need to have an excellent study habits. Here I give you some tips to improve your study habits.
1. Try not to study all at the time.
If you try to study a lot every time, you will get tired and it wouldn’t be very effective. Distribute your work in short periods. You can restore your mental energy by making shorts breaks.
2. Study at the same time every day.
If you study at the same hours every day, you will establish a routine that will became a regular part of your life, such as eating or sleeping. You will be mentally prepared when the study time arrives.
3. Set specific goals for your study times.
Goals help you to stay focused and measure your progress. You have to be sure what you need to achieve during your study time.
4. Start studying on the scheduled times.
You may delay your study because you don’t like the assignment or you think is very difficult, but if you leave things for later, it would be more difficult to do it. So, try to study at the time you had set.
5. Work first on the assignment that is more difficult to you.
The most difficult assignment would require the most effort. Start with it, because you have more mental energy.
6. Review your notes before you start to study.
Reviewing your notes can help you to have more information about the assignment.
8. Take Care of Yourself
Some of your personal habits might be affecting your grades. Are you feeling tired, or bored when you have toy study? You can change your grades by practicing a few healthy styles.
9. Establish a study zone at home.
The first thing you have to do to learn something is to concentrate, and a good study zone would help. Prepare the room where you are going to study so you can concentrate. Students are different, some need extremely quiet rooms, free of interruptions, and others prefer listening to quiet music in the background.
10. Know your dominant learning style.

Auditory learners are those who learn better when they hear things. Visual learners retain more information when they saw thing, and tactile learners are those who learn things when they do it.
