How to Improve Your habits to study during exam by: Juan Camilo Hernandez

Examination periods bring headache to students, but to all, there are some techniques that make them more bearable. Below you will find some tips that we hope you find them useful.Courage!

1.     1.   Hand write on paper:
Write down what you're trying to study for hold more easily. Research on the subject claim that the act of writing produces feedback of the brain, resulting in a motor memory that makes it easier to remember the information long term.

2.       2. Study space changes
Believe it or not, the place where you study can also generate different effects in the studies. If you've been studying in your room, move to the kitchen table or scroll to the library. It can help you keep a clear mind, in addition to improve it

3.       3. Meditation:
It is scientifically proven that meditation improves test scores, Durante las semanas previas al examen, has de intentar sentarte en silencio y concentrarte, haciendo respiraciones pausadas durante 5 minutos al día, por la mañana y por la noche, para mejorar la concentración y aclarar la mente.

4.       4. Do brackes
Studying does not necessarily mean more studying: studies have shown that taking a break every 10 minutes to walk can help improve your concentration up to two hours later.
5.
5          5.  be teste
Be tested one / a / herself can be an effective way to alleviate the nerves that exist before an exam and review those skills will be forgotten. Research shows us that active study methods are more effective than other strategies (such as summarizing or underline).

6.       6. Don´t saturate

study all the day before, it may seem a sure way to acquire the knowledge, that you have left unclear, but it is actually counterproductive: not only you'll be exhausted when you get to the review, but your brain will be tired and not will be possible to remember everything perfectly wing, like you're rested. There is no quick solution to pass the exams, so our recommendation is that you begin to prepare for exams a month before, at your own pace and time to rest the night before the test.
