HOW TO
IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH BY SEBASTIAN ECHEVERRY ECHEVERRI
Do you want
to have a long healthy life? Do you like to have a good and healthy body? Are
you eating right? Do you have a healthy mind? If your answers are “yes” or
“not”, this article can help you to improve your health and just a few small
changes can give you big results.
1. Sleep more
If you sleep 7 or 8
hours each night, you feel better every day and you will have more energy for
to do your diary activities.
2. Exercise your body
Do exercise three or
four times a week. Exercise helps maintain a healthy body and healthy mind.
3. Eat breakfast
Your body needs good
quality fuel to wake up your metabolism every morning. Eat good and healthy food.
4. Improve your posture
When you are sitting up
or standing, you should have the back straight. Usually you can help to improve your energy
levels.
5. Eat fruit and vegetables
A portion of salad or
fruit each day you have to eat if you want to improve your health. This food can
you a lot of vitamins.
6. Drink more water.
Your body is 90 percent
water and needs water for almost every function. Many of the aches and pains, headaches, and
other symptoms we experience would lessen if we just drank more water.
7. Have a good moment laugh
Laughing can help to boost blood flow by more
than 20 percent, and researchers say it may reduce the risk of developing
heart disease. Laughing can also help to fight infections, relieve fever, ease
pain and control diabetes.
8. Think positively
Researchers have found that optimistic people
decreased their risk of early death by 50 per cent compared to those who were
pessimistic.
9. Meditate
Do deep breaths for at
least 5 minutes, as often as you can. Take time to chill out is a good option
for everybody.
10. Hug someone you love
When you hug someone you
love (someone who actually wants to be hugged), your body releases feel-good
hormones like oxytocin that ward off depression.
11. Increase sexual activity
Sex may be the only real
physical activity that many people get, and is a great workout!
Sex can reduce stress and leads to greater
contentment and better sleep.
