Do you want to have a long healthy life? Do you like to have a good and healthy body? Are you eating right? Do you have a healthy mind? If your answers are “yes” or “not”, this article can help you to improve your health and just a few small changes can give you big results.

1.       Sleep more
If you sleep 7 or 8 hours each night, you feel better every day and you will have more energy for to do your diary activities.

2.       Exercise your body
Do exercise three or four times a week. Exercise helps maintain a healthy body and healthy mind.

3.       Eat breakfast
Your body needs good quality fuel to wake up your metabolism every morning.  Eat good and healthy food.

4.       Improve your posture
When you are sitting up or standing, you should have the back straight.  Usually you can help to improve your energy levels.

5.       Eat fruit and vegetables
A portion of salad or fruit each day you have to eat if you want to improve your health. This food can you a lot of vitamins.

6.       Drink more water.
Your body is 90 percent water and needs water for almost every function.  Many of the aches and pains, headaches, and other symptoms we experience would lessen if we just drank more water.

7.       Have a good moment laugh
Laughing can help to boost blood flow by more than 20 percent, and researchers say it may reduce the risk of developing heart disease. Laughing can also help to fight infections, relieve fever, ease pain and control diabetes.

8.       Think positively
Researchers have found that optimistic people decreased their risk of early death by 50 per cent compared to those who were pessimistic.

9.       Meditate
Do deep breaths for at least 5 minutes, as often as you can. Take time to chill out is a good option for everybody.

10.   Hug someone you love
When you hug someone you love (someone who actually wants to be hugged), your body releases feel-good hormones like oxytocin that ward off depression.

11.   Increase sexual activity
Sex may be the only real physical activity that many people get, and is a great workout!
Sex can reduce stress and leads to greater contentment and better sleep.
